Practical skills for everyday life
Strong Families take practice. That’s why we offer classes all year on topics like stress management, anger management, and couples communication. These workshops give you tools to handle conflict, reduce stress at home, and strengthen your relationships.
For parents, options include programs such as STEP (Systematic Training for Effective Parenting) and Scream-Free Parenting, which focus on raising kids with respect and consistency. Couples may enjoy classes like the Five Love Languages or Healthy Marriage series. Many courses provide certificates of completion. Check the calendar for the latest schedule.
