Independence Monument(Patu Xai) - The face representing Laos When you think of Laos, the first image that comes to mind is Patuxai. It is a building modeled after the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, built to commemorate independence from France in 1958. It is located on the north side of Lan Xang Street. It is a very unique building that beautifully adds Laotian colors to the design of the Arc de Triomphe in France. If you climb up to the top of this building, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Vientiane.

Pha That Luang -  The Golden Pagoda, a symbol of Laos This is a place where you can clearly feel that Laos is a deeply Buddhist country. Pha That Luang means 'great stupa', and it is a great stupa that enshrines some of the bones of Buddha, so it is revered as a sacred place by Lao Buddhists. It is a national monument of Laos, and it  is the center of Buddhism and symbolizes national sovereignty, so it is very majestic. The magnificent appearance of the huge golden stupa that rises into the sky is awe-inspiring. It is said that Buddhists here walk along the corridors around the stupa and pray to Buddha, so I hope you can sympathize with the deep faith of Buddhists while walking along the corridors.

Kuang Si Waterfall -  A waterfall where you can enjoy the nature of Luang Prabang At Kuang Si Waterfall, you can see the dazzling nature of Luang Prabang at a glance. The water flowing along the valley has a mysterious turquoise color due to the limestone that has melted into it. As you slowly climb up from the entrance, take in the emerald water sparkling in the sunlight. Kuang Si Waterfall has more to see than just the waterfall. At the entrance to the trail, there is a bear center that protects bears rescued from poachers, and you can also meet cute cubs playing around here. Also, since there are many trees, you can enjoy forest bathing and feel like you are in the jungle.

Mount Pushi - The best view in Luang Prabang Mount Phousi stands in the center of Luang Prabang. You will sigh when you see the many steps you have to climb to get to the mountain, but once you reach the top, you will exclaim in admiration at the beautiful scenery. The 100m high mountain is located in the center of the city, so it is the perfect place to see the whole city at a glance. Be sure to look out from behind the small temple to see the peaceful and quiet Luang Prabang. It is especially famous for its sunsets, with the black shadows of the mountains and the red glow of the sunset spreading over the river creating a spectacular view.

Takbat - Time seeps into the Laotian people In Luang Prabang, at dawn, go out into the streets, cutting through the cool air, and join the Laotian people in their reverent welcome ritual. Laotians believe that offering food to monks who are collecting alms will build up virtue. That is why they offer food to the monks every morning. Of course, travelers can also participate in the alms. If you want to experience the alms-gathering, buy food on the street, sit with the locals, and put the food in the bowls held by the monks. If you join the monks in their alms-gathering from dawn until dawn, you will feel immersed in the local culture.
