Registration and Departure
You must register for Hana Travel a minimum of 96 hours in advance. Overnight and Jeju Island Tours require earlier deadlines and will be announced on a case by case basis.
Cancellation Policy
If Family and MWR cancels the trip, a full refund will be provided to participants. If the participant cancels less than 48 hours prior (unless otherwise noted in the tour description) no refund will be issued.
* Not all tickets can be provided at a discount.
Some tickets are provided at higher than the face value of the ticket.
Hana Travel provides maps, instructional photos, concierge services, and telephone support all in English which are built into the overall value of the ticket.
