Green Tea Making & SamSungGung (Ha-Dong)

Hadong in Gyeongsangnam-do is a hub of green tea culture in Korea. It has environments that are favorable to green tea production. Hadong has a richer history and tradition of green tea. Hadong is the first area in the nation where green tea trees were planted. Hadong’s wild green tea fields grow with Jiri Mountain and the Seomjin River as their backdrop. We will visit here, harvest wild tea leaves ourselves, roast them, and make our own green tea. samsung Palace or the Three Sages Palace is a shrine dedicated to the three founding figures of Korea, Hwanoong, Dangun and Hwanin who is the progenitor of the Baedal Tribe (The people believed to be the first people who settled on the Korean peninsula) and it is located in Cheonghak-dong, a village that practices traditional Korean taoism. You can see stone walls and stone towers all around the gentle slopes of Cheonghak-dong.
