Join us for two days of competitive golf, great company, and championship play at Evergreen Golf & Country Club. Golfers will compete in an individual stroke play format, with prizes on the line and lunch included for all participants.
Tournament Format: Individual Stroke Play
Tee Time: 0700 each day
Entry Fee Includes: Two days of tournament play, lunch, and prizes for all participants. Cart fee not included.
Entry and Cancellation Deadline: 16 October
No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
To Register: Complete and return the entry form to the Evergreen Golf Course Pro Shop. Payment must accompany the entry form.
