Build confidence, strength, and real-world grappling skills at our weekly Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Club. This session focuses on fundamentals and developmental techniques, making it a great fit for both beginners and those looking to sharpen their skills.

Training includes both gi and no-gi styles, with instruction and open mat time to practice what you learn in a supportive, team-focused environment. No prior experience is required, just bring a willingness to learn and participate.

Participants may wear civilian PTs to get started. A gi is preferred but not required, and no-gi attire is always acceptable.

Open to ages 17 and up. Youth ages 14 and older may participate with a parent actively involved.
