Babysitters Course

CYS will offer youth the opportunity to learn the basics of babysitting including topic areas such as child development, entertaining children, safety guidelines, nutrition, the principles of positive discipline and more.
Participants will learn to:
• Provide care for infants and children
• Learn basic first aid
• Positive discipline
• Choose age-appropriate activities
• Learn what to do in an emergency
• Develop professionalism
• Build your business
Participants must complete the on-line portion of the blended learning on-line class link. Links will be provided 10 days prior to scheduled class.
Ages: 12 - 18
