[NOTICE] Temporary Reduction of Routine ACS Services Due to Mandatory Training

Please be advised that Army Community Service (ACS) will experience a reduction in routine services due to mandatory GS staff training.

❌ Unavailable Services During This Period:

• Out Processing: ACS, EFMP, and AER Signatures

• Relocation Readiness: Smooth Move and Spouse Orientation

• Facility Resources: Computer Lab

• Volunteer, MD&SSO: VMIS and SFRG Assistance

✔️ Services Still Available:

The following services will continue to operate normally:

• Army Emergency Relief (AER)

  • Standard Requests: Submit applications online at armyemergencyrelief.org

  • Emergency Travel (<12 Hours) or Portal Assistance: Email soldierportalhelp@aerhq.org

• Personal Financial Counseling

  • PCS Briefing: CMT Touchpoint PCS Brief will be conducted as scheduled on Wednesday, October 7.

  • Appointments: One-on-one counseling appointments remain available.

• Family Support Programs

  • Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP)

  • New Parent Support Program (NPSP)

• Counseling & Advocacy

  • Military & Family Life Counseling (MFLC)

  • Domestic Abuse Victim Advocacy (DAVA) Services
