The Challenge starts on April 20 and ends May 26 at Camp Walker Kelly Fitness Center and Camp Carroll Fitness Center.
Men & Women, Master's Men & Women (Over 40)
Row each of the following 4 distances for time
Week#1 (May 1-6): 5,000 meters
Week #2 (May 7-13): 500 meters
Week #3 (May 14-20): 2,000 meters
Week #4 (May 21-27): 10,000 meters
Row each weekly challenge to receive incentive
- Fill out registration sheet to participate in challenge
- To log time and distance, have a staff member verify time or take a picture of the screen.
- All participants receive STRONG B.A.N.D.S. wristband when challenge is completed.
- Top participants in each division will receive STRONG B.A.N.D.S. t-shirt
